The location was conveniently close to Universal Studios.

During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of a closet for my belongings, which made it difficult to keep the room organized. Furthermore, the ventilation system needed improvement as the reception area often smelled unpleasant, greeting me with an odor reminiscent of cut onions whenever I returned. Finally, the elevator wait times in the morning were quite frustrating, adding unnecessary stress to my day.

stayed one night and found the elevator waits absolutely ridiculous, so inconvenient for someone like me. also, why can’t they have the breakfast start earlier than 6:30 am? and don’t even get me started on the lack of welcome gestures. with my high expectations, i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t!

We stayed in a Standard Twin Room for 2 nights, and it was really spacious with a lovely design. The separate bathtub and shower in the private bathroom were a treat, and the room had ample storage for all our belongings. Plus, the convenience store on-site made grabbing snacks super easy!
